SLASH Guns N Roses GNR / Velvet Revolver Portrait Print Double Signed And Personal Note - One Of A Kind!. -
This is a one of a kind print: a personalized rarely seen full body portrait in pencil/charcoal of Slash, signed by The musician along with a rare and special personal note by Slash to the artist.
Artist Wayne Smith, has also personally signed the print in blue ink, over his printed signature.
I do not know anything about this print, the artist, the note from Slash, or the origins of it. This was part of the collection of bass player Kim Burgemeyer, who played in California rock bands Puss N' Boots, Cipher and LA Girls from the late ‘70’s through the early 2000’s. Kim’s all woman band Puss N’ Boots as well as her subsequent bands were mainstays at the Whisky and other venues.
Other rare collectibles of hers includes an all artist signed Battle of the surf bands poster as well as early (Vol. 1 edition 1) of Jan and Deans magazine.
Condition: as seen in the pictures the condition is fair. There is tattered edges, some tears and a little coloring of the paper here and there. The pictures tell the story.
