    Description

    This vintage advertising fan is made out of a light cardboard and measures 10.5 inches long when opened - 7 inches high. It weighs about 1 oz. Good vintage condition without tears - some browning of paper on back side. Manufactured by Messenger Corp of Auburn, Ind.  Patent # 1655229. Paul Cronrath began his funeral service in 1937. His dedication and involvement in the funeral industry spanned a period of over 60 years. In 1983 he sold the business to his son, Gary. In 2007 Nathan Grenoble purchased the funeral home and it is now named Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home in Watsontown, PA. Vintage collectible.
